Cloudy orange pour with a very thin filmy head. Aroma is sweet, malty and has some yeast, honey and apple. Mouthfeel is slightly thin but there is some upfront warming from the alcohol. Taste is sugary sweet with some yeasty esters towards the back end. Not a whole lot going on here to be honest. I love this brewery so it’s all good though.

Sep 7, 2008 Bottle from VA. Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Earthy herbal and fruit aroma and taste with a sweet peach like taste to the finish.

Sep 6, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Clear, golden color. Thin, bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of bananas and candi sugars. Sweet flavor with citrus notes, pepper, and some grass. Finish is dry with some lingering bitterness.

Sep 6, 2008 Bottle. A good beer with a strange yet very pleasant aftertaste. Pours with a diminishing head and orange in color. Aromas of straw, toffee, citrus, orange, banana, and pineapple. Full body with a creamy texture. Easy to drink and would purchase again.

Sep 5, 2008 Pours a golden hazy yellow. The nose is malts, fruity, & subtle notes of bubble gum. Comes across the palate with a strong bite of fruit then vanishes. It had a faint lingering subtle after taste. Overall a well done Tripel; just a bit dry.

Sep 4, 2008 Pours a rather typical but still inviting golden-amber with a thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma is thick and malty with a hint of honey. Flavor is very satisfying, malty and just a little bit sweet but not cloying. Texture is exceptionally smooth, and it goes down very well. Delicious!
