Cask. Pours opaque with a small, fizzy brown head with light lacing. Aroma is heavy roast and coffee malt with earthy hops, elderberry and dark fruits. Flavor is coffee, roast malt, dark fruits, vanilla, elderberry, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation.

Draft. Almost black, brown large bubble head. Aroma of subtle chocolate and coffee. Taste is subtle chocolate and winter fruit. Beer in the foreground, berries in the background. Life is good.

Tap at Churchkey. Poured a dark, black color with relatively bubbly tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, heavy coffee notes - didn’t really notice a strong elderberry note to it, but some berry notes are there. Roasted coffee notes.
