Draft at Csak a Jó Sör ("Only Good Beer") in Budapest (was also available in bottles). Rich, blackest brown with full chocolate cola head. Sweet nose, some alc, but lots of dry coffee. Sweet smooth body but a big kick of sweet toasty espresso. hides alc very well, some bittering on finish. plum, cherry fruits. Fantastic stout

On tap at Bone Dry (Highland,IN) . Cappuccino nose with hints of chalky dry cocoa powder and, as it warms, coffee bean and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is chewy, rich, thick, amazing. Alcohol is completely masked by huge chocolate malts and roasted coffee notes. Not overly sweet but desert-like as it warms. Dry finish leaves mouth coated with an oily, dark roasted coffee aftertaste. Superb.

Draft. Very dark brown pour, small tan head. Chocolate, heavy dark sugars, coffee, fruit, and roast. Fairly heavy mouthfeel. A decent coffee stout, but not the best.

355ml bottle. Pours opaque black with a nice fawn head. The nose has fresh coffee beans and a green vegetable note. The taste has more roasted coffee with a long creamy note in the background. The palate is full bodied, with a creamy middle texture and a fairly elegant finish. Hides the alcohol very well. Overall, good beer!

Mycket god.

Blimey Kojo you have really knocked my socks off! The smell is an intense sticky toffee aroma only what I can guess that Willy Wonkers smells like. The taste is warm and refreshing and I only wish that I was drinking this now freshly off the slopes by a burning log fire. Amazing truly amazing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap from J Ryans. I’m getting an initial banana and vanilla hit. Middle and back are heavy on the coffee and sweet. Pours black. Low carbonation with lots of lacing.

0.355 l bottle from „Csakajósör”, Bp. Pitch black coloured one with a two finger thick, creamy dark brown head. Intensive nose and aroma ruled by coffee escorted by chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruits and alcohol in the background, mouthfeel is thick, oily and sticky. Long and warming tartbitter finish with earth, tart fruits, licorice and some spices. Robust, well done brew.

Bottle. Thick and dark brown body, thin creamy head that dies quickly and aromas of bananas, chocolate and a little peat. Flavor is heavy with the banana flavor up front and late in the finish with chocolate, vanilla and a little peat in the mid-section. Not bad, but not great.
