Jan 22, 2010 Had in 12 oz bottle poured into pint glass. Pours a nice clear copper with a white head that dies quickly. Aroma is of clean malt. Taste is sweet and malty with a roasty following a nice grassy bite of hops. Aftertaste is of sweet malt. Very good session beer.

Pours a dark amber reddish color body, with almost no head, quickly diminishing. Nutty malty aroma, vegetably/fruity. Some honey, sugars. Dark fruit. Vegetably, fruit essence. Honey. Malty, not very nutty. Not very tasty. Better as it warms, less vegetably. Still not a favorite.
