Pale yellow, some lacing. Faint aroma of hard cider. Flavor is slightly bitter, somewhat tannic, with a bit of grain peeking itís head through. Finishes dry. Apple is hard to detect but when sampled along side the cider made from the same apples, the flavor explodes. This creates an amazing contrast which should be tried.

Draft at Pony Bar HK with Andrew, Ellen and Redi. Pours a pale amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is spice, vague fruits and some grain. Mouthfeel falls somehwere between dry, carbonated cider and spritzer. Flavors include again grain and vague fruits - not sure if Iíd even be able to pick out the apple flavor not knowing it was used.
