Cask at the brewery. Pours clear black with a small, bubbly beige head, no retention or lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, prunes, oysters, and chocolate mint. Flavor is dark malt, chocolate mint, earthy hops, oysters, and a dry finish. Medium to light body and light carbonation.
