12oz bottle. Well, I like oysters and I like stout, so how can this go wrong? Very dark, hint of ruby color. small tan head that dissipates to the sides. Very nice cocoa and roast aroma. Nice tasting, smooth, little bit of carbination bite. Bit of cocoa in the finish.

Toasty malts in the aroma. Texture is moderately thick and oily. The flavour has a long lasting dry roasted bitterness. Really dry finish.

Bottle at home from Brewdog online. Dark caramel ruby colour with a loose reluctant light tan head. Aroma is slightly manure treacle and woody. Nice full body for the abv. Long woody duration. Flavour is smooth roast and choc. slighlt chalk in the finish.

Bottle from Bierzwerg!
My first Oyster Stout. I’m really curious. Bottle design as great as everytime! Pours deep black with slight reddish tinge. Foam is off-white, flat and very creamy. Smells malty-roasty with some burnt notes and lots of bitter coffee. Starts with lots of roasted coffee, paired with some chocolate and burnt malts. Middle part has burnt malts, roasted coffee notes and some creamy chocolate. Goes into a bitter malty, chocolatey and coffee’ish finish!

Really solid stout. Good dry mouthfeel from the chocolate malts used. As it warmed a bit it started to mellow out more and more. It didn’t set in my glass that long though.

Láhev 355 ml. Po nalití, zajímavá vůně sojové omáčky, ryb a pražené kávy. Pěna je středně vysoká, krémově hnědá a jemná. Chuť piva připomíná neslazenou tureckou kávu s podtóny vanilky a malin doprovázené ráznou hořkostí připomínající tonic.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice roast with a little coffee. Flavor is about the same. Lots of nice roasted notes with a little coffee. Maybe some salty brineyness toward the end but nothing overpowering. It’s a decent stout.
