Poured a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. The aroma has lots of fruit with apricots and pineapple. Slightly skunky as well. The taste has more pineapple with a good amount of hops and hay. The finish is a little strange, with some tart flavors. Overall nice.

Draft at lucky lab. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is a fifty fifty mix of belgian yeast and pineapple juice. Very inviting. The taste is literally a Saison with a pineapple kick. I would like a little more pineapple kick but solid.

Draft at Frisco Taphouse & Brewery, Columbia, MD on 07/14/13. Arrived at the table a clear piss yellow with a big off-white head. The aroma featured some light caramel, a little pine, some dusty funkiness, and plenty of citrus fruits. Grapefruits, pineapple, and zesty orange rinds dominated. Went down relatively medium-bodied. Light caramel and some touches of candi sugar started things off taste-wise. Pineapples and grapefruits dominated at the tail-end. Spicy and yeasty throughout with a dash of pepper in the finish. Aside from the slight funkiness, the aroma and flavor profile seemed more like an IPA than a saison. I thought this was a nice surprise. Quite enjoyable.

Pale yellow and clear. Aroma has hints of pineapple, some spiciness, and hop. Pineapple is very subtle and natural. Flavor has just a hint of the pineapple, lots of hop bitterness, some barnyardy saison flavor, and spiciness. high carbonation. Very enjoyable.

tap at the brewery. Pineapple in the nose and just a twinge in the palate, it’s not overpowering. Overall this is a fairly dry, hoppy saison with a fairly dry finish. I think it would have been even better had it not been flitered.
