Ehh, lovely pumpkin aroma fades into a bland taste. Pours a pretty copper w/ a tan head & good lacing. The aroma is nicely filled w/ pumpkin & fall spices. The taste is more ipa but the fall seasoning almost washes the traditional hop flavor out making for an unbalanced & odd tasting beer. It doesn’t work well!

Bottle. Best by date on the side: 12/14/15. A hazy amber pour with tons of big, chunky floaties and a smallish khaki head. Pumpkin, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and some touches of grapefruit & citrus zest feature in the aroma. Thin to medium-bodied on the way down. The taste starts with some caramel and crisp grains. Pumpkin pie follows. A mild grapefruitiness and some zesty citrus rinds finish things off. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves throughout. Different. Works for me!

Unusual concept - an IPA with pumpkin and spices? It does taste like 2 different beers mixed together. Medium sharp hops clash a bit with nutmeg, clove, and ginger. An interesting experiment but I can’t picture this style popping up all over.

Deep , amber color . Thin , off-white head . Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is really hoppy , with strong bitterness. Not but , but difference between taste and aroma is too big.

Clear dark orange, off-white lasting, lacing foam head. Hoppy aroma, pumpkin notes all over. Bitter but not overwhelming, again pumpkin tones. OK. (Velp 201511)

Brown bottle, 330ml, cork and cask. Pours medium Ruby brick red with a thin tan head subsiding quickly. Scent is very mild spices. Taste is dense dense Pumpkin taste and medium dense early hopped bitterness. Finish is smooth and dry with a tiny bit of syrup. Good.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy copper color topped by a large rocky beige head. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is same with a big dose of bitter hops thrown in. The hops take over leaving me to ponder what happened here. Is this pumkpin beer or an IPA? The two don’t work together here. The maltiness and spices are no match for the bitter hops.

Pours a hazy copper color with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin, spice, and pine. Pumpkin and spice flavor upfront with a sudden shift to pine and a quick hop bite. Beer is a bit disjointed.
