This is definitely the best, or maybe second best beer next to Gonzo, that I have had from flying dog. The aroma was the best part of it for me. I swear the belgian yeast must has enhanced the floral/citrucy aromas from the hops. Full bodied, hoppy beer. Some spice, peachy fruitiness mixed with some pine and spice. Big fan of this one. Tried it next to a Le FReak from Green Flash and it was really interesting to compare the different interpretations of belgian style ipa.

33cl @ bottle. Indian pale ale americana con un aroma fruttato buonissimo ma purtroppo un retrogusto troppo amarognolo. Forse bevuta nella stagione sbagliata, da riprovare col caldo.

Bottle @ home. Pours clear golden with a mostly fading off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, citrus, some tropic and cat pee. Taste is light sweet and moderate too full bitter, mostly bitter lasting. Body is medium, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft.

This is damn near perfect. Banana, like massive amount of banana on the aroma with that beautiful Belgian yeast aroma. So sweet and delicious smelling. Taste is a Belgian ale with a hoppy and aggressive IPA finish. It works perfectly. Theres like this transition that happens it’s really delicious. Definitely glad I finally tried this.
