4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Draft at The Black Squirrel. Pours an opaque tan/light orange, almost the color of cream soda. White head that shows quite a bit of carbonation and moderate retention. Lots of fruit in the nose. Grapefruit and other citrus and sweetness. Lots of citrusy hop spiciness on the front. Classic Belgian spiciness on the back. It’s like a flavor mullet! Palette seems about right for this beer, keeps it crisp, not too thick or thin. Really well balanced, no hint of the considerable alcohol. Overall a very good beer and worth the wait of finding it.

Amber beer with atiny head and fruity-fresh aroma. When it comes to taste it is more sweet than bitter, but is the abv that hits you/me (bit too much for me). The mouthfeel is good and the light-bitter aftertaste tingles your tongue. Longtime.

Clean hop profile with a bubbly fresh finish. Need to rate this again where I can find a place when they clean the lines.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Bootleggers Belfast. Pours hazelnut brown. Foamy orange head. Honey and mango on the nose. Big mouthfeel. More floral on the taste, but honey again, and certainly tastes Belgian hop wise. Nice full bitter finish. Good stuff. Decent kick from the booze.
