PhatB420 (126), Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA Apr 11, 2009 A very nice porter here folks. not to harsh on the pallate, not too strong, a mellow finish on the tongue, and its quite smooth going down. just how i like my porters. rabba9 (61), Chaska, Minnesota, USA Apr 9, 2009 Smell is of caramel and sweet malts. Pours brown (barely able to see through) with a large cream head. Taste is sweet that lasts throughout, caramel with licorice. Full bodied for a porter with high carbonation. This is an alright porter but doesn’t impress. bluemooner (229), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Apr 6, 2009 Pours a dark brown with a hint of red and a thin off-white head. Tastes of roasted malts, chocolate, some coffee, and caramel. Very light body for a porter and rather thin taste as well. Not a great porter. Nejhleader (924), Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 6, 2009 A nice porter, has a bit of a roast malt taste to it a hint of dark chocolate, nice body as well. trapez (766), Hilleroed, Denmark Apr 5, 2009 Bottle. Roasted barley malt and hops in aroma.. Clear deep dark redbrown colour with beige head. Bitter flavour with an aftertaste of grapefruit and chocolate. Low carbonation. SaintMatty (1197), Tallinn, Estonia Apr 4, 2009 355ml Bottle - Dark brown, with some red tinges. Malty aroma with hints of cola, caramel and some slightly fruity hints. Malty and fruity taste with raisins and some hints of roasted coffee. Slightly thin and lacking body. A bit of a disappointment. mouse725 (74), Albany, New York, USA Apr 4, 2009 Not bad, especially from a mix pack. When you get 12 beers for $16 bucks, you don’t expect to be blown away. A drinkable, lighter porter with decent colour, aroma, and flavour. onystrom (741), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark Apr 3, 2009 Dark amber color with very small head. Thats a watery porter... palate is very veak. Notes of liqurice and sweet malt.
