Aroma hints of chocolate and a bit of licorice. Taste was very surprising, it rocked. Not since I had the K-9 Cruiser have I found a Flying Dog beer this good. Very pleasently surprised by this one. emerica56 (587), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA

It poured a clearer, rich brown for a porter, certainly not opaque. You could taste a bit of the sweetness of the chocolate as described as well. gservo (21), New Jersey, USA
