Feb 7, 2010 A delicious IPA. Has an amazing aroma. I cannot quite place it. It might be a combination of the citrus, pine, and toffee. But regardless, great aroma. That appearance is your average IPA, amber - red haze. Thin head. A compelx taste, balance of sweet and bitter, where bitter ultimately dominates, as with any IPA. However, there is an added element present. The pine may be doing it. Creamy body. Good beer.

Feb 7, 2010 Darft. Clear Amber color with an of white head. Aroma is very hoppy and fruity. Flavors is also very hoppy and fruity, caramels and spices.
Good carbonation, quite bitter. Nice flavored overall and very pleasant brew.

Feb 6, 2010 Draft. Darker blond to amber coloured beer with no carbonation and a small white head. Fruity and strong hoppy hinted aroma. Full creamy palate. Finish is bitter hoppy, rather dense beer with a stronger dry hoppy bitter ending. Strong but balanced IPA.

Feb 4, 2010 All skunk to the nose with hints of passion, orange, guava. Sweet and then when you swallow a bitter orange hit with full tongue dryness and a tickle in the throat. There is something slightly cheesy running through this.

Feb 2, 2010 Pours amber with white head, aroma is malty and hoppy. Taste up front is floral and citrusy hops moving into a caramel/toffee sweetness with some bitterness at the end. Average IPA.

Jan 30, 2010 Fruity aroma with light lemon zest. Sparkling clear amber in color with a nice frothy head. Nice pungent hop character, lots of columbus-lime like flavor, sharp bite at the swallow with little lingering burn. Plenty of caramel malt lends a nice toffee character. Medium bodied and easily quaffed. This is pretty tight.

Jan 30, 2010 Amber color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of grass and lots of hops. Sweet malty flavor with lots of hops. Dry bitter finish. Nice IPA indeed.
