Super bitter with a great finish, this beer pours an amber color with a good head. I love Flying Dog Pale Ale and I was looking forward to this being an extreme version of that beer. Unfortunately, it fell a little short and is not quite as well balanced and the Pale. Still a very good example of an IPA.

A delicious IPA. Has an amazing aroma. I cannot quite place it. It might be a combination of the citrus, pine, and toffee. But regardless, great aroma. That appearance is your average IPA, amber - red haze. Thin head. A compelx taste, balance of sweet and bitter, where bitter ultimately dominates, as with any IPA. However, there is an added element present. The pine may be doing it. Creamy body. Good beer.

Draft. Darker blond to amber coloured beer with no carbonation and a small white head. Fruity and strong hoppy hinted aroma. Full creamy palate. Finish is bitter hoppy, rather dense beer with a stronger dry hoppy bitter ending. Strong but balanced IPA.

All skunk to the nose with hints of passion, orange, guava. Sweet and then when you swallow a bitter orange hit with full tongue dryness and a tickle in the throat. There is something slightly cheesy running through this.

Pours amber with white head, aroma is malty and hoppy. Taste up front is floral and citrusy hops moving into a caramel/toffee sweetness with some bitterness at the end. Average IPA.

Fruity aroma with light lemon zest. Sparkling clear amber in color with a nice frothy head. Nice pungent hop character, lots of columbus-lime like flavor, sharp bite at the swallow with little lingering burn. Plenty of caramel malt lends a nice toffee character. Medium bodied and easily quaffed. This is pretty tight.

Amber color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of grass and lots of hops. Sweet malty flavor with lots of hops. Dry bitter finish. Nice IPA indeed.

Pours a sparkling copper color with a cream hued head. Aroma is slightly sweet but with a hoppy bitterness being most prevalent. Flavor is obviously hoppy but not as harsh as I expected, from the aroma. Very crisp. Notes of grasses and somehow - soap, but not in a bad way really. Solid stuff.
