More hops for the night.Nice amber color, small white head that faded quickly leaving nothing behind. The aroma was mildly malty with a good hop showing some citrus as usual and a kind of bitter sweet thing going on as well. The flavor was milder then my last dog.Good hop taste some grapefruit and mild malt with a slight oily feel.Finished up hoppy with a good bitterness in the end.Good brew, smooth and easier to drink then the Double Dog was after being off the hop for awhile.

Bottle. Pours an amberish orange color with a small white head. Aroma is slightly floral, and very hoppy. Taste is light florals and bitter hops. Decent mouthfeel, decent beer overall.

Lots of hops fill this beer. The flavor is sharp with an equal amount of bite, kindly provided from the hops.

Pours a clear golden color with an off color of amber with a slightly off white head with decent retention... Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, and some earthy hops... Flavor is more citrus, not a huge mouthfeel, not overly malty, a nice balance maybe a bit more aggressive with the hops would make this excellent... Medium bodied, a bit thin in the finish... I like this, wish it were a bit more aggressively hopped, but easy drinking 7% was definitely accomplished here...

12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Gold with a slight tinge of amber. Off-white head leaves wet lacing. Aroma is kind of faint, with notes of grapefruit and pale malt. Flavor is weak. This would be better categorized as an APA if not for the abv. Modest crackery malt base with a slight caramel character. Watery citrus hoppiness with some astringency and almost negligible bitterness. What the hell was the yeast eating during fermentation to put out 7% alcohol? Thin mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Bo ring.

355 ml bottle at Hopheads´ tasting 30.01.09. Amber color, ok white head. Aroma is most of all nice citric hops. Flavor has fine hops, malty sweetness and fruit. Halfdry finish. Not a hop-bomb, but very nice.

Dark Golden color pour, with a 2 finger head. Aroma = i can smell alot of hops obviously, citrus, piney, pretty clean smelling. Taste is about what I expected, starts just a little sweet then has a Big hoppy taste, although not tooooo bitter, which is perfect for me as im just now starting to come around to more bitter beers. Has a pretty good balance for an IPA i thought, but again im just getting into the style so im not experienced enough yet to make that call for sure. Overall Im liking this beer, and would drink again.

clear gold/orange color, medium off-white head, nice lace. nose of citrus, grapefruit hops, hint of sweet malt. flavor is creamy, grapefruity, piney, with a trace of underarm. medium bodied, bitter finish. nice brew, well hidden alcohol. not sure of the "hop monster" moniker in the commercial description, but respectable nonetheless. thanks to cornfield for the bottle.
