The aroma is very hoppy with a very pine like hops and a bit of citrus. The malt is very sweet and caramel like with nuts, bread, and butter in it as well. The appearance is amber with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall a very nice IPA.

Bottle: Pours a rich amber with copper and red tones. Medium white head with littel lacing. The smell is piney, sweet resin hops. A punch of hop, right in the front. If mellows as your palate gets accustomed to the intensity. A definite session brew.

12 oz bottle from a variety 12 pack purchased at EZ Liquors. Pours a clear copper amber with a large fluffy off white head that had some nice lasting power. Aroma was a suprise with a nice dose of subtle, yet fresh, floral and citrus hops, some malty grains as well. Body is very thin and watery with a quick fading bitter aftertaste. Flavor is mostly citrus and floral hops. I was very suprised by this and might actually grab some more, definitely would if the body was just a tad fuller.

33cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours orange amber with a fine and fully lasting white head and lacings. Nose is hops with a fair malty base. Pine and grapefuit dominates. Oily and crisp. Medium bodied. Some caramel and floral sneaks in. Overall fine, bitter and well made American IPA.

Pours a nice amber color with an off white head which dissappates rather quickly. The smell is of floral hops and the flavor is the same. The finish is rather astringent and lasting.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a crystal orange with a small white head. The head fades leaving nice lacing. Nose is heavy with hops. I also pick up an off vegetative/sulfur smell. Kind of like hops mixed with rotten eggs. Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel Distinguished hop bitterness with hints of spice, citrus and grass. The off smell is paired with an off taste. Either this beer has gone bad or it is just plain bad. A definite drain pour. On a side note, I have had this beer in the past and do not recall this reaction. I will retest with another bottle from a different location.

12 oz bottle. Poured into my new beer glass, pint glass wth faceted bottom. It pours a rich amber with copper and red tones. 2 finger off white head that laces the glass nicely. Really shows the color. The nose on this is piney, sweet resin hops. And the flavor is similar to the nose, only SIGNIFIACANTLY more intense. Punch of hop, right in the front. If mellows as your palate gets accustomed to the intensity. Moderate carbonation. Love this IPA.
