Bottle: Amber pour with a smaller white head. Sitcky bits of lacing. Aroma retains a nice citrus hoppiness and bits of malt. Tastes sweet and citrusty with a light piney feel. Lingering bitters. Thanks Matt.

Bottle: Pours an amber color with a white head and light lacing. The nose is citrusy with a nice crisp C note followed by a earthy columbus like note. Sweet caramel malts in the flavor balance the grassy earthy hops and some snappy citrus notes in the tail. Good IPA with a more modern approach than their previous offering. Good.

This amber ale poured with a thin off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a nice blend of sweet fruity caramel malt and premium hops, resulting in a satisfying drinking experience.

Is it really that different? Anyway, I had this beer just recently not realizing that it was actually different than before. 12 ounce bottle, poured a golden amber color. Aroma is a full burst of floral hops, with citrus and a slight note of spice.

Bottle 12 oz I liked this beer. Amber color pale white head. Citrus and a little hoppy to the nose.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear amber/orange in color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is light but rather loaded with citrus and floral hops. Slightly sweet as well. Flavor is floral and peppery at the beginning with hints of grassy hops, bitter apple peels, and a bitter citrus flavor. Finishes dry and bitter and lingers on the tongue for a bit.

Orange-amber color with a nice smooth looking cream colored finger of head. Aroma is caramels, citrusy floral hops. Taste is slight metallic harshness, heavy caramel sweet malts, slow but building hop finish is piney and floral.

Bottle: Poured a orangeish copper with a thick creamy off white head. Aroma is citrus fruit and piney hops. Taste is rich in hops and balanced with malts. Finish is dry stick and still a bit stingy to the tongue.

Poured from 12 oz bottles a clear coppery-amber color, aroma of pine, hoppage, malt and earth. Flavour much of the same, sweet malt balance hop and pine resin edge. I don’t know what they did, but huge improvement over previous IPA beer. Smooth, yet deliciously bitter. Good job Flying Dog!
