can. pours hazy light golden with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. lightly toasted bready malts, spicy too, zesty citrus and pepper, faint fruitiness and weak malt body. average to moderate carbonation, light body - oily, hint of sweetness, short but aromatic spicy-citrusy finish. balanced and nice. a pleasant surprise.

Lys klar gylden brun med beige skum. Fruktig lukt, moden stenfrukt. Svært bitter, sitrusskall. Kjenner sødmen gjennom den bitre smaken. Medium kullsyre.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 33 cl. A radical IPA, very sweet in comparision (but still sour), with a wild acidic aftertaste.
Great if you like to try new iterations of the IPA formula.
For cap collectors: interesting, a light grey cap with the words "Flying Dog"

I really want to like this beer, but every time I go back to it, I find it just a tad too bitter for my taste. Still a very good beer though.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Orange Color, Long Lasting Huge Foamy Head, Lots Of Thick Lacing. Surprisingly, not much of an aroma, just a faint traces of pine. Sweet Malt, Some Citrus or grapefruit, Pine Bitter Hop Finish. Medium Buttery Body. Lingering Bitter Aftertaste. Another surprise is that their Pale Ale has more hop bite than this IPA. Nonetheless it is still pretty tasty and enjoyable. Recommended.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2013 Bottle 330ml @ home. Nice appearance, golden with medium head. Aroma is grapes and other fruits, but a bit anonymous. Taste is much the same, just a little disappointing compared to other IPAs I?ve had lately. I miss more hops. Overall a decent IPA, though a little tame and disappointing.

Quite a standard, though refreshing and good IPA

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
