More cunning than a snake in the bush...Snake Dog India Pale Ale is a Colorado-style IPA, power hopped with specialty hops from the Pacific Northwest. This is the brewery’s hop monster, and the citrus fruit aroma will hypnotize the senses of the most hardcore of craft drinkers. 15 Plato, 60 IBU, Crystal Malt, Warrior and Columbus hops, and dry hopped with Columbus.

Orange copper beer with a white foam. Very fruity hoppy aroma. Lots of hops but with smooth roundness. No stinging bite. It has this earthy note to it. The mouth feel is better than the non adventurous taste. This is a rather good IPA and I’d like to drink it again.

Drank out of a tall boy can at Camden Yards. Took a little effort to find some craft beer at the stadium but it was well worth the effort. Drank out of can so I can’t comment on appearance. Citrus aroma. Big citrus flavor, some caramel malt flavors. The finish is grapefruit and pine. Big bitterness that lingers.

Clear amber with small white head. Lots of big bubbles. Creamy citrus with lots of grapefruit, vanilla pudding, herbal, caramel, apricots in spicy stew, pine. Very fresh tartness with bitter finish that builds up. Medium bodied, full carbonation. Nice

12 oz. bottle from Root Cellar. Pours a clear, deeper gold with a finger of off-white head that settles into an uneven but lasting cap. Aroma of citrus fruits - mostly orange - and pine, straw, toast, caramel, grass, and mild spice. Not bad, but the flavor doesn’t match up; pale and toasty malts, straw, spice, grass, wet leaves, and pine resin. Light-bodied, with bitterness on the back end and carbonation that seems low and finishes with a distinct sharpness. Decent IPA, but doesn’t live up to recent ratings.

Pours light amber with a very thick off-white head. Much lacing. Aroma is somewhat subdued, with hints of sweet rolls and fruit cake. Taste is initially sweet with a rich caramel malt that’s quickly followed by nice, dry, bitterness. More of a traditional IPA than expected with no big citrus presence. Reminds me of some ESBs or berr like Dale’s Pale Ale. Thick and rich. Good mouth feel throughout. A good beer to have one or two of. Tasty.

Piwo butelkowe. W zapachu mocno wyczuwalne słodkie owoce tropikalne, melon, marakuja, ananas. Piwo wyglądem przypomina lagera, kolor złoty, idealnie klarowny, piana gęsta i biała z cudnym lacingiem.

12 oz. can from SoHo Organic Market, Elizabeth City, NC. Dark orange pour with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit rind and pine. Bitter citrus and grassy hop taste with moderate malt sweetness. Hop bitterness lingers. Exceeded expectations.
