Pours cloudy amber with a white head, not much lacing. Great citrus, perhaps grapefruit, nose. Nicely balanced with powerful aromatics. Good beer, especially good for picnics from the can.

from bottle. pours a clear amber colour with a two-finger frothy white head. typical but rather weak IPA aroma of citrus fruits (mainly lemon and grapefruit) with some maltiness in the background. decent but nothing spectacular. average carbonation, medium body and quite bitter finish. flavours of citrus fruits and pine needles. a decent and drinkable IPA, which is a bit too one-dimensional, hence nothing special at all.

Hazy orange, thin head, ok lacing. Aroma is strong with lots malt, dark bread and caramel. Malty, round and full feel, mild carbonation, dry malty finish, bitter. Hard to think this as IPa as it’s really malty. Tasty one.

bottle.
Clear medium to dark amber color with beige foam that slowly disappears.
Aroma is mild peachy and light grapefruity with a light caramel note coming through, moderate to heavy malty.
Flavour is moderate tosweet and bitter with a long to average duration, smooth hoppy with a light bitterness.
Medium body with an oily texture, fine malt and the hop.

Try it out if you like crisp, hoppy straightforward flavor with a bit of fruits. Fine, excellent!

Dorqui (1768) - Brescia, ITALY - APR 1, 2013
Bottled 0,33L - . Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a foamy head of long resistance. The aroma is sweet with good notes of hops, much flowery body, little cellar notes. Fruity hoppy taste, medium alcoholic perception, discreet cortex aroma, toffee, and long and strong ending bitterness.

Pours a nice amber with a nice inch head but little staying power. Aroma is very malty with a nice citrus aroma. Taste is very much the same. Not too overpowering, not too weak. Won’t really stand out in an IPA race but a good beer that I’d be willing to buy again nonetheless.

Bottle at home. A nice very drinkable hoppy ale.
