Bottle - An amber coloured beer with two-fingered, white, frothy head that mostly diminishing. The aroma is brutal hoppy, it’s like orange, flowers, pine and resin. The taste is bitter with notes of grapefruit. The finish is long and dry hoppy bitterness. Oily texture and medium body.

resin, grass, pine, some tropical fruits. amazing! amber, hazy, white foam, minimal head, good retention. very bitter, harsh. felt the bitterness in my whole mouth. I love strong high ibu beers and i’ve tasted ones with higher ibu levels but this didn’t taste right. medium body, creamy, lively, hop astringency, long finish, long bitter finish. could feel some alcohol warmth, some malt caramel. such a let down after that amazing aroma. needs work on managing harshness levels....

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear copper with a medium yellowish white head and an aroma of sweet hops, citrus, grapefruit, strawberry, some malts, toffee and syrup. The taste is medium sweet, there seems to be some sourness and there’s a nice lasting bitterness in the finish. Nice beer!

Bottle, Four Thieves Some oxidisation on aroma but not too much, a lot of Columbus hops on the nose. A nice white lacing and golden appearance. However the malt had far too much crystal for my liking and I would have preferred a Munich combo with an extra pale. I just got too much toffee from the crystal which ruined the Columbus experience. It was oxidised and a bit old.

Een lekkere IPA, zachte, bittere smaak, een goede schuimkraag, hoog alcoholpercentage.

12 oz. bottle poured to a small, Czech-pils glass at home, showing a clear & bright, medium gold color, with a creamy layer of cream colored head froth, and clingy, patchy spray as lacing. The nose was sweet, and strawberry preserve-like, with mellow malt. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation, and a bit of creaminess to the mouthfeel, the taste added a citrusy bitterness that seemed to intensify and linger, adding a rind-like and tart astringency, and an almost overly peppery quality with some dryness, into the finish. Actually began to appreciate the bite after I got used to it, and quite different from the aroma.
