I have been going through this breweries offerings and picked up their ipa to close my weekend ...poured a nice golden copper with a two finger off white head that stuck around for a few with lacing that just stuck to the glass all the way ...a lot of citrus and pine on the nose with a hint of pineapple ...taste is the same with the Columbus hops and dare I say some cascades coming through in the beginning, I also get a nice malt backbone its faint but its there this ipa also seems to coat the mouth with a kinda oily bitterness on the finish which is to be expected with the style although I’ve had some ipa’s with a cleaner finish all in all this is a great ipa may not end up your favorite but worth trying without a doubt, I’ll have this one again kudos to you flying dog ...cheers

Légers arômes de houblon, robe orangée claire avec tête abondante et forte carbonation. En bouche, le houblon ne ressort pas assez fortement pour le style. Légère amertume.

Poured from a 12oz can into a tulip glass. Thin whit head. Light oranges hued/golden color. The aroma is lightly tropical, slightly sweet caramel malt. The flavor is malty up front ending with long dry citrus on the palette. A decent IPA bit west coast styles have tuned my pallets to 11. Maybe a second try is in order.

Bottiglia.

No invita a dar demasiados tragos.

Bottle - Slightly hazy golden colour with medium but quickly collapsing white head. Strong citrussy and piney aromas with some crushed grains. Taste is a bit too sweet, nice fruitiness like peach, mango, grapefruit is supported by decent resinous hoppiness. The bitterness is a bit too shy, but its ok. Light to medium body, average carbonation, slick mouthfeel, long but too shy hoppy finish. Great fruity and citrussy IPA.

aroma has hints of caramel and hops. taste isnt too bitter but the caramel that you can smell is even more evident in the taste the beer pours into a redish orange with a white head flavor remains on the tongue for a while after sipping and i get a reminder of the caramel with i exhale.

I expected more fruit given the strong citrus hops and floral fruit aroma. Malty caramel notes, with a bit of flora aftertaste. Good malt flavour,

Tegenvallende IPA. Grapefruit komt sterk naar voren. Een echt Amerikaans bier waarbij de brouwer meer moeite doet de raarste namen te verzinnen dan een fatsoenlijk bier te brouwen.
