Heavy aroma of cooked peas, with a tiny hint of spicy hops. Bright yellow gold, small head. Med bitterness and a harsh pea flavor. Bleh.

A light yellow color with very little head. Not much aroma, and not much taste either. Acidic finsh like everyone else mentioned, and a very light texture. Not very exciting, but not really offensive.

Clear/blond color. Frothy white head. Sweet at the start, finish is dry/malty. Drinkable, but not a great beer.

I agree with Gusler’s review: Pale, sweet, kind of light with and acidic finish. Drinkable, but not a great beer.

Has a wheaty aroma. Pale, golden color with very little head and poor retention. It is a light-bodied beer with some bite to it (hence the name). You could do a lot worse. Good session beer.

Very understated aroma and flavor. Very pale color with surprisingly good head retention and lacing. A nice refreshing beer but lacks character.

I bought a variety pack of flying dog beers, and this one was by far my favorite. I wasn’t terribly impressed by the brewery honestly. If I were to buy flying dog again, it would most certainly be this particular brew. Give it a shot...you may have another opinion.

I have to admit, Flying Dog’s creative artwork drew me in. I bought a six pack in Charlotte, NC. I loved it... haven’t had any luck fiunding it since. It’s a good, refreshing beer. I normally prefer darker beers, but this one did the trick for me.
