Pours a thin short lived head, over a clear yellow body....nose is very light with mild hops....taste is mild, with slight malts, bit of corn chip flavors ending with mild hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and somewhat watery. I think this is a little unbalanced to be true to the style, and overall seems to go towards the Euro lager type.

Jan 21, 2009 Bottle. Pours light gold with a fizzy, feeble head. Aroma of soft hops, and perhaps sweet corn. Flavor is somewhat bland, a mixture of pale malt, soft citrus, and a grassy finish. Wasn’t impressed, but at the same time, it wasn’t terrible.

Jan 7, 2009 Golden blonde pour into white foamy head that dissappears quickly. Melting lacings keep a small thin ring of bubbles at the top of the glass. A few carbonated bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass. Aroma of malty grain. Initial flavor of sweet malt fading into bitter piney hoppiness.

Jan 4, 2009 Pours a white head and a golden body... head not long lasting. Aroma is probably the weak-point of this beer. It smells like a cheap European lager... quite grainy almost like a Heineken. Taste has some hops up front, with a modicum of bitterness. Grainy malts taste is there as well, along with a sweet note or two. Taste is fine for the most part... easy enough to drink, but one would expect better from Flying Dog.

Dec 31, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a pale golden with a finger of bubbly white head that did not last. Smells of light malt and water, nothing special here. Taste is rather bland. Light malt with a water backbone, not alot of flavor. This beer is missing a lot.

Dec 22, 2008 Clear golden with a small white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with some floral notes. Medium sweet and sleightly bitter flavor.
