Codythegreat (133), Carrollton, Georgia, USA Nov 30, 2008 I wasn’t a big fan of this beer as I was with the Gonzo imperial porter. The flavor just wasn’t there for me. I drank this out of a shaker. chandler0201 (341), Durham, North Carolina, USA Nov 30, 2008 Fruity aroma and flavor is sweet and citrusy with a hint of hops. This is similar to some of the Leinenkugel’s beers. This was quite refreshing and drinkable. Pinball (2693), Allerød, Denmark Nov 28, 2008 strong aroma of hard fruits, flowers and sweet stuff.
flavor is sweet, flowery, slightly fruity, a little hops, nicely fullbodied, but yet still a slight watery feeling at times.
larsniclas (3383), Gothenburg, Sweden Nov 28, 2008 [Bottled at Haket]
Golden with a small white head.
Bland in both aroma and flavour. Some sourish citrus with cereal maltiness. Low bitterness. Cybercat (778), Georgia, USA Nov 26, 2008 Comes out of the bottle a clear wan straw-yellow, but with a very thick and fluffy, it not persistent, white head. Aroma is about average strength, malty with a touch of hops. Flavor is mostly malty with a little hop zing. Texture is pleasantly smooth so it goes down pleasantly. Not Flying Dog’s best, but OK. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Nov 20, 2008 Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home. Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully - mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grass, lemon notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Refreshing but a bit boring. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (040908) lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Nov 17, 2008 Pale yellow body with a finger of smooth creamy white head. Buttery aroma, some grainy malt and light hops. Light body, taste is crisp sweetness and a nice hop bite and some grainy light malt. rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden Nov 1, 2008 Bottle at Haket, Göteborg. Somewhat hazy golden color, ok white head. Hoppy, fruity citrus aroma. A bit thin hoppy flavor with citrus and grass.
