Lightish gold pour in a kolsch glass with about an inch of fluffy lasting white head. Aroma was of sweet malty, corn, and honey soaked grain. Taste is very crisp and refreshingly carbonated with a quick mild bitter bite up front followed by a delicious sweet creamy aftertaste. I love this beer, and this as about as good a kolsch as the others such as Lawnmower, that I really enjoy. Not a beer snob beer, probably, but a simple flavored refreshing beer, with a great thirst queching easy to drink feel to it. Sometimes you just want a nice crisp refreshing non light beer with a simple taste, and to me, this is one of those that I loved and look forward to more of.

Bottle sampled. Pours golden with an average size white head. Aroma of sweet malts, grain, slight fruit, and hops. The flavor is sweet, grain, slight fruit, mild bitterness. Not a bad brew for such a boring style.

Pours gold with an extremely thin head. Actually the head is now gone. I got a sweet plasticy aroma. Kind of like freshly opened baseball cards. Flavor is metallic, mild bready malt, a little bit of crisp hops, but all in a minute amount. There really isnt alot of flavor to speak of except a refreshing kind of thing going on here. That is it. Very light. Pretty wattery. Meh.

12oz bottle. Yellow and as clear as you can get. Aroma is green apple and boring. Thin body and filmy. Flavor is a little fruity and kind of gross. Boo to this beer.

Bottle. The best thing I can say about this beer is the color. Beautiful, clear gold color. After that it is pretty much down hill. Not much aroma, head or flavor to speak of. I expected more from this beer.

Funky smell of a Kolsch, pours a clear yellow with a minimal dissapating white head and a large amount of carbonation. Once again, the critics on this site savage a decent summertime ale. This is a backyard bar-b-que thirst quencher, nothing more.

12 oz bottle: Aroma is quite grainy, very lightly hopped, rather clean scent with some light malt backing. Pours a clear golden with a nice sized fluffy white head that lingers into a soapy white film. Taste is rather bland in my opinion. With the graininess lingering on into the taste, a very light malt and hop texture is kind of weak. Palate is lightly bitter and quite carbonated. Overall, Slightly better than most of the pale lagers and malt liquors out there. Not very flavorful and kind of hum drum. Very Average!
