Cajun (144), New Iberia, Louisiana, USA Mar 8, 2007 Bottle - Pale yellow/orange with not much, if any, head. Weak aroma of citrus, sweet malt. Tiny taste of hops, grass, and malt. Weak in that it resembles "beer," but it just lays flat - like a tire that’s been bitten, I guess. I’m not going to bother pairing this with food. Brewpot (21), West Burlington, Iowa, USA Mar 5, 2007 Pours golden in color with almost no head. Muted malts in the aroma. Good balance between the malts and hops. Light bodied. Not sure if I feel more let down by the beer, or the friend who recommended it. LDawg (71), Rockport, Texas, USA Mar 2, 2007 Best Kolsch I’ve had but thats not saying much. A little light or watered down seems like. eeblah (79), Arizona, USA Mar 2, 2007 Not a bad ale but nothing outstanding. Golden color goes down easy. good all year round harmfuldrunk (288), New Jersey, USA Feb 28, 2007 ewwwwww!!!! crap malt that tastes like old cheese and puke. overwatered hops and aroma is the only thing that doesnt suck but thats cus its very thin. i the person gave me this beer sucks dick so at least i kida won thehurt01 (201), Denver, Colorado, USA Feb 28, 2007 A 12 oz bottle with no best by or freshness date, but a cool drawing of a dog biting a tire. The beer poured a darker yellow with a pour flat head. The smell was a very light malt and nothing else. The taste was a just like the smell, don’t get me wrong it is a good beer. The mouth feel was good and nice carbonation. doubelknv3 (559), Illinois, USA Feb 24, 2007 Yellow-gold with thin head and mild malt aroma. Has a watery, lite body with crisp finish. Nothing special about this beer. jlruthven (134), Milledgeville, Georgia, USA Feb 16, 2007 Just fine if you know and accept what you’re getting into. Mine poured from the tap actually had a pretty impressive head and lacing. Smells and tastes of orange zest, mild hops, and lemongrass. Decent anytime beer.
