Never been a fan of any of the brews from this place. They’ve got neat labels, I’ll give’em that. Another boring beer from another boring brewery.

Not to impressive on the head front, just a tad bit that went away quickly. Golden color with a decent bite. Not much of a flavor really. Im not impressed, and wouldnt mind missing this in the future.

No aroma. Golden color, no head. Floral flavor, with light hops, good balance. Subtle hop finish. Not a great beer, but easily drinakable.

Clear/blond color. Frothy white head. Sweet at the start, finish is dry/malty. Drinkable, but not a great beer.

Bottle. Pours light gold with a fizzy, feeble head. Aroma of soft hops, and perhaps sweet corn. Flavor is somewhat bland, a mixture of pale malt, soft citrus, and a grassy finish. Wasn’t impressed, but at the same time, it wasn’t terrible.

Pale gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is light and somewhat stale. Flavor is super light, with some hops and a touch of sweetness, but overall pretty watery. Boring.

Dark yellow with a fast-fading white head. Nice floral aroma. A little bit of malt and hops in the palate. Not much else. Obtained from Ron in a trade. On a retaste I get grassy notes and dough in the palate. It is a subtle beer and a good representative of the bland Kolsch style.

Overall Impression: A pretty typical beer for its style, citrus refreshment and a smooth clean finish. Nothing special, but does the style justice.

August 2009 Beer of the Month Club
Appearance: Clear golden color, minimal head, some carbonation movement
Overall Impression: Pretty much what I remembered, this rating isn’t changing much at all, now please stop sending me beer from MD for the beer of the month club, it is really annoying!
