Sweet at the start, top light, finish is dry, acidic, moderate carbonation, drinkable, but not a great beer. OKBeer (1159), Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

Very subtle nose of yeast, nuts, spruce and soap. Pours a light clear honey. The average head is frothy and white with good lacing. The flavor is balanced but shallow/bland. The average bready/yeasty finish reminds of a pilsener. The thin body is creamy and dry with a finish that feels astringent. I’m not impressed. Falconseye8 (525), Cartersville, Georgia, USA

You must have gotten a bad bottle. This is very good. Clean and crisp. I'm not measuring it up against the top 50 but on its own. Not bad at all. Reasonably priced. Will see time in my rotation. wildchefbill (244), Sarasota, Florida, USA

The flavor is very malty with nice fruit but is not overly sweet. If this is a Kolsch, Where are the hops? Mouthfeel is a little watery (5.75% ABV?). Good flavor. I enjoyed it. Not my favorite from Flying dog, but still enjoyable. dobb1392 (36), Norman, Oklahoma, USA

Well I won't say I did too much celebrating. This beer has a crisp smooth taste. First beer of its type for me to drink so I have a feeling there's better out there. It has definately got me interested in the style though. BrewDad (2418), Olympia, Washington, USA

I loved the style and the beer was very refereshing. A stong bite at the end and no pun intended. I would recommmend to others.
