Etwas fettiger Geruch, schal. Würzig-bitterer Antrunk. Mitte eindimensional würzig, kratzt, wirkt flach. Abgang weiter abflachend, würzig und bitter, unangenehm nachbitternd. Nicht gut..

Bottle: The aroma consists of honey, light bread, grass, and a hint of lemon. It pours transparent gold/yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of honey. There are some light bready notes in the background. The finish is moderately grassy with a hint of lemon. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation.

ClubGonzo (3854) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 19, 2012
Bottle from Meny, Bergen Storsenter. Pours a clear light orange body with a tiny white, short-lived head. Aroma is nice and smooth malty biscuit like tones, with hints of corn and mild fruity hops in the back. Hints of red berries and faint bubble gum. Taste is sweet biscuit-like malts, marzipan, very mild red berries and hints of herbs. Some hop bitterness in the back. Slightly fizzy carbonation, fairly light body. Quite tasty for a straight up lager, IMO.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden. Crystal clear. Medium-sized white fluffy head that clings to the glass. Piney crisp hop aroma. Eucalyptus. Hints of citrus. Light body. Almost watery, but there is a lot of flavour. Nice hoppy flavours and a delicious hoppy bite. Very nice session beer. Happy to see this one at one of my local supermarkets (Meny, Alnabru).

This pours a cloudy golden w/ a foamy and long lasting head. It’s nose is fairly nice, a bit grassy w/ a touch of lemon, but the grassy notes come out in a sort of unpleasant way when you actually drink it, especially when it’s cold. As it warms though, it becomes a lightly sweet and refreshing lager beer in the American craft brew style. Definitely quite drinkable. I kind of want to seek this out very fresh and on draft.

I thought this was a very nice lager. Clean and crisp with a nice amount of bittering hops and a hint of floral aromatic hops as well.
