12oz bottle pours clear gold with weak white head. The aroma is sweet and modestly fruit flavored cotton candy like and a touch floral hops. The taste begins with a nice bite of hop bitterness. I get bitter floral hops mixing with some lemon and lime peel. To midway it leads into some sugary malts and a sense of lagery esters. The hops here are not really my favorite but persist pleasingly into the finish.

A nice refreshing lager with a bit of hop induced zip to it! Not too shabby.

355ml bottle. Absolutely clear golden colour with small to average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Minimally grassy hop aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty with a minimal tart touch, minimally grainy; bitter hoppy finish. Clear, clean and pure but boring.

12 oz. can poured into a pilsner glass. Drank this side by side with Prima Pils. A: Pours a light golden straw color with a bit of yeast haze muddling the clarity slightly. The head is kind of ugly, a two finger off white color with huge bubbles and poor retention. Thereís a little bit of lacing left on the glass. S: Quite fruity for a lager, with notes of pineapple and grapefruit aside the malts. Itís kind of subdued and hard to identify, but itís not terrible by any stretch. T: Compared to how hop driven the Prima Pils I had before this, this one is pleasantly malty. The malts are very biscuity in flavor - it almost drinks like liquid biscuit at times - with some well incorporated diacetyl, and a crisp, grassy finish. Rather simple (as expected), but itís quite pleasant with decent flavor. M: Slightly heavy, which renders it a little less drinkable than it could be. Heavy carbonation with a slight lingering biscuit aftertaste. O: Flying Dog has done a good job of stepping their game up lately, and this is a very solid (if not quite exceptional) lager thatís a big improvement over Tire Bite (which this replaces). Not my favorite by any means, but Iíll gladly chug this one down while picking crabs.

Completely clear pale yellow body with a white head. Decent hoppy and spicy aroma with some caramel and lemon. Dusty bittersweet flavour with lemon.

Bottle at Lockview. Pours a straw yellow color with a thin white head with vivid carbonation. Aroma of melon, lemon, smells like a jolly rancher. Tastes of that yummy lager yeast with the slight fruitiness of its ale counterpart. I like this IPL style beer. Refreshing and easy I drink. Will visit this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
