COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vineyard Blonde is a light Belgian Golden Ale with a fruity and floral nose that continues in the flavor profile, melding with hints of white grape, honey, and biscuit malt sweetness. The combination of a Belgian yeast strain for primary fermentation and a champagne yeast strain for secondary fermentation makes the beer finish light, dry, and spritzy. Keg Cherry Reds Birmingham 11/03/14. A slightly hazy gold coloured beer with a white head. Definite Belgian yeastiness here. Peppery notes. Perfumed hops mixing well with the yeast. Certainly not obviously Nelson Sauvin but still good hops which work well and provide a real balance. A great length. Lovely beer.
