Draft at liberty union. Pours clear yellow with a small white head and some carbonation. The aroma is big on yeast and lemon, light orange peel. The taste is slightly spicy, light banana. Almost a wit and hefe mix in a good way.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MadRobin (1061) - Silver Spring, USA - MAY 7, 2013
On tap at Adega Wine Cellar & Cafe in Silver Spring, MD.
Hazy, bright golden amber with an off-white head and very good lacing.
Aroma of coriander, wheat, grainy malts, light orange and a little yeast.
Taste of coriander, yeast, light citrus, wheat, spice, earthy dry leaves and grainy malt.
Medium body and medium/high carbonation.
A quite pleasant quaff, but the flavors and aroma fall short of a classic Belgian wit, both in complexity and intensity.

Taste is wheat, biscuit, sweet fruity yeast, slight bubble gum, spicy noble hops up front, wheat, fruiry yeast and spicy hop linger. Medium low body, fairly low carbonation, peppery spice. Overall good, at 4.8% could be a tasty session beer, nothing special, but I would drink it again.

Thought this one was pretty good but was a little underwhelmed. Flavors a little muted and yeast isn’t a prominent player. Very session able, great for summer.
