Enjoyable seasonal from Flying Dog. Aroma strong of coriander with floral tones. Pours blonde with a thin white head. Good carbonation throughout. Taste is crisp, standard wit. Good spice and orange flavor. Fizzy on the palate with a dry finish. Good Belgian from Flying Dog, who I’ve found to be a consistently strong micro.

Aroma: Faint banana, orange and spiciness. Appearance: Cloudy gold with thin, white head. Taste: Medium sweetness straight through Palate: Light body, thin texture, average carbonation, light finish. Overall: Meh...it’s drinkable, and fits the style, but it’s pretty watery and average.

Poured into a fluted pilsner, pale straw yellow, hard pour yields a huge fluffy head, and leaves behind some cool lacing. Nice aroma of bubblegum, licorice, coriander, and citrus. Light bodied and crisp with high carbonation. Has nice spice notes - coriander and clove, some banana esters and a very lemony finish with a touch of saltiness.. Light but flavorful. Crisp and summery. Nice.

Bottle to pilsner glass. Pours a hazy light yellow. Sparse head and decent lacing. Pretty light body, and not much for the mouth feel. Probably watery. Standard Belgian wit beer flavors of some floral notes and a little bitter hop bite. Decent for a Wit.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a very pale, hazy yellow with a brief, thin, white head. The aroma is hay, orange rind, cantaloupe, coriander, and bananas. The flavor is subdued sweetness up front, with a sour finish. There is a musty yeast flavor throughout. The palate is light, and a little sticky. Overall, a very mellow and easy drinking wit.

Bottle. A hazy straw gold pour with a skim of an off-white head. A very pleasant aroma of coriander, orange peels, lemons, bubblegum, caramel, and some candied sugar. Medium-bodied and kinda crisp on the way down. A nice malty base with a good deal of caramel, candied sugar, some bananas, and bubblegum upfront taste-wise. Lots of orange peels and lemons at the end. Spicy throughout with some coriander and cumin. Very nice!
