3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
A less traditional wheat beer with the orange peel and coriander. Not as intense at the In-Heat Wheat beer offered by Flying Dog. A more mainstream flavor that is easy to drink and get used to. A full body with a nice aroma present. Not as hoppy as it could be, but none the less a good beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This reminds me a lot of the Dogwood Summer witbier with itís good wheatiness, slight yeasty tartness and solid spicing. I really enjoyed this beer and thatís rare for me to truly love a beer by flying dog.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Wow this hit the spot on a 90-plus degree day here. Classic albino yellow body with a thick white head. Honeyed wheat, graham cracker, light caramel, rose petal and bitter orange make up the well balanced nose. The body is creamy and smooth, with a more defined malt profile that includes notes of wildflower honey, toffee, doughy bread, perfumey hops and some bittering citrus. I am really getting turned onto this style lately - but I guess the weather will do that to you. A great beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle from Florianís. Opaque straw yellow body with a half inch of off-white head. Body looks kind of like milk was mixed in, which is a bit odd, even for the style. Smells spicy, citrusy, and yeasty. Tastes orangey, lemony, and spicy. On the lighter side of medium-bodied. Not the best example of the style, but a decent drinkable beer.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Tons of citrus and corriander aroma. Fruity taste, finishes dry, a decent palate. Good lacing and head retention. Not a bad wit beer, I like it because it is not overly fruity, taste is not so lingering like a hoegaarden.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is mild-musty wheat, coriander, fruit. Taste is mild/thin, mild-musty wheat, coriander, fruit-apricot/banana, yeast. Kind of lacking but easy drinking. OK/mild carbonation.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Although a good witbier, the finishing flavors (coriander and bitter orange peel) come too early. It is a good refresher though. I just think that the bottom drops out.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slightly cloudy straw colored pour. Banana and coriander aroma with a little bit of pepper. Medium carbonation, slightly creamy body. Wheat, yeast, some lemon and spice dominate the flavor. Easy drinking and flavorful. Really light body even for a wit but itís tart finish makes up for it. This is a good all-around wit, I liked it.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a modest clear for a Wit, expected a little more haze to it. Decent head and lacing. Aromas of banana, clove, and a little citrus to round it out. The bottom of the glass was filled with little chunks, possibly yeast, with a few other unattractive floaters. Expecting more color and smell however for an unfiltered Wit. The taste is ok, a little watered down flavor, seems as if this is a typical American Style Wheat. Nice clean flavor, no real hop backbone to it. Expected much more

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Good looking Wit pour, cloudy straw body with tiny bits of yeast floating about. The head, sadly, lasts none too long. The aroma has soft wheat, coriander, and a citric tartness. The spices kick up quite a bit (too much?) in the flavor, challenging one to taste the malts. Still, itís a fairly refreshing, warm weather brew.
