Pours a light yellow with a white head. Has a light citrus taste and is very easy to drink.

[bottle @ RBESG 2009, Grand Tasting] Sweet orange and coriander aroma with some celery. Hazy yellow with not much on top. Bubbly, buttery, orange peel with sweet malt and a little coriander. Medium body, low carbonation, clean finish.

Poured pale gold with a fizzy white head and no lacing. The aroma was light citrus, a hint of pepper and some soap. The flavor was citrus and floral soap. Light spice. Thin mouthfeel. Not very exciting.

Bottle from Cavie. Light yellow pour with plenty of floaters. This was the bottom of the bottle, though. Smells like bananas and Fruit Stripe Gum. Tastes like bananas, butter, and stale bread. Aftertaste is gross.

Clear straw color, rather I got the top of the bottle which was very different than the bottom. Banana fruit and juicy fruit aroma. Dry bitter flavor. A tad bit of butter. Unpleasant aftertaste.

Bottle from Cavie. Very light. Tastes like a wheat, with a slight fruit flavor on the back of the tongue. Pours cloudy with a white head.

Sampled on 12/27/09. This witbier pours a hazy orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, orange, citrusy and spicy. A medium to light bodied witbier. The malts are cereal, wheaty, fruity and sweet with some orange, banana and cloves flavors as well. The hops are floral. Lively carbonation. Some wheat and cereal flavors, with a lot of fruit and sweetness. For some reason this reminds me a whole lot of Blue Moon. Just saying… There is a lot of carbonation in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet and spritzy.

Floral and wheat hits the nose. A typical belgian white flavor. Thin on the palate, malty finish. An average beer.
