An average whit with little mouth feel. Citrusy and watery in the mouth. Its like orange juice with lots of water. A watered down screw driver? Dont get it.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a tiny, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of wheat and orange peel. tastes of wheat, banana bread and orange but due to a watery palate it doesn’t last long.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy yellow and a rough covering of whitish head before it decides it has had enough of being on top of my beer and this it is better served by buggering off to who knows where. Mostly clove and coriander aromas with the orange peel and some lemon pith playing a secondary role. The flavour is a bit muted with the lemon pith playing the major role in the flavour profile. I expected a little more to be honest, especially considering I paid some good money for it to be conveyed across to the other side of the earth in a good condition. The lesson is threefold I suppose: 1. if you’re going to export, look after your product so that it is at its best when it is ready for tasting. 2. If you can’t, expect below par reviews. 3. For reviewers, drink local for your benchmarks or be prepared to travel.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled, 355ml from Beers of Europe, Norfolk. Hazy gold with white head. There is a sharp, pear drop aroma but when taking the initial sip there is little more than sweet lemonade. After a while a light coriander note along with ester’y banana hints. Tastes like a cheapened version of a Belgian Wit rather than the full on effort. Not one to repeat.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden-straw color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades super-fast to leave a tiny bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a yeasty smell mixed with a spicy smell of coriander and clove. A decent wheaty base is there as well, along with some lemongrass and a little bit of an orange smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a lighter wheat bread flavor as well as having a rather heavy yeasty and spicy flavor of coriander and clove. Along with these flavors comes some tastes of a citrus orange and some light banana. As the taste moves on further, the orange fades while the banana increases a bit. A little bit of lemon come to the tongue along with some hay and a grassy taste. In the end with the dawdling of the orange sweetness, the advent of the grass and hay, and the good level of yeast and spice, one is left with a rather balanced witbier flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is on the thinner and crisper side with a carbonation level that is average to just above average. For the lighter abv. and the yeasty and wheaty flavor of the brew, the feel is rather decent and makes for a rather refreshing beer.
Overall – A rather decent and refreshingly balanced wit. Rather well done and an easy drinker at only 4.8 %.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold body under a one finger frothy white head. The nose is nightly spicy with wheat and a light yeastiness. Gently spiced flavor with coriander and orange peel, rather smooth and easy drinking with enough yeastiness to soften the spices. Light bodied and soft on the palate with a lingering coriander laced finish. Pretty basic Wit, but enjoyable.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours pale yellow with cloudiness from the yeast. Aroma Yeast and wheat. Tastes yeast and wheat but a little thin compared to a higher abv beer. Okay but prefer hoegarden over this.
