Experienced from a 12oz bottle in a shaker glass. The beer pours a relatively cloudy straw-colored yellow, with a low white head. The nose shows notes of yeast; remnants of the remaining yeast, rather than a complex interplay of spices, esters, and light malt. Not especially pleasing. The palate shows less ester, fruit, and spice character than the best example of the style; perhaps even bordering on being somewhat bland. Mouthfeel and carbonation are appropriate to style. The finish is fairly crisp, again, lacking many of the requisite characters generally found in the style. Overall, not entirely unenjoyable, but suffering perhaps from some yeast autolysis and a general lack of aggression.

Poured into a perfect pint. 3.0 A: Murky golden wheat color. Around one finger of frothy white head that fell quickly and left no lacing. 4.0 S: Great smelling beer. All of what I want in a wit is here - lots of coriander, orange peel, citrusy orange, peppery spiciness, and neutral wheat. Good proportions on everything. 3.75 T: Tastes pretty good too. Coriander, pepper, orange peel, wheat, citrus. The orange peel is a little more bitter than expected, but it works well enough. Really tasty. 3.25 M: Lighter to lighter medium body. A little more carbonation than I’d prefer. Slightly creamy, but could be more so. 3.75 D: Seems like most breweries who make a witbier make it well and this is no exception. ★ 715 characters DavoleBomb, Jul 10, 2013

Due to its persistent dense foam it limited what slips through the flavors, but a little citrus and coriander is there however room for. The taste is like a wheat beer should be: fresh, light and thirst-quenching. It is almost as spicy and rich as the classic Belgian witbiers, but it has a pleasant and not too aggressive bitterness with light citrus notes. A genuine wheat beer enthusiast will certainly find it boring, and it is also a wheat beer that do not leave the biggest footprint in memory. It is reasonable and delicate easy to drink.

Bottle at the Express, pours blonde with a clingy white head. Nose is spicy, bready and lemony with a faint tartness. Body is crisp and dry-sweet with Saison notes, but a bit watery. Lightly bitter and oddly sweet in the finish.

Shared 355 ml bottle at local tasting, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate but nice aroma of citrus, a hint of coriander. The flavour is fairly decent too, but would probably be even better if the bottle had been fresher. Some malts and citrus, only a hint of coriander.
