Flying Dog Woody Creek White

Poured from bottle into water glass at work. Very cloudy, pale yellow with moderate head. Looks almost slightly gray if head away from the light. Aroma of strong citrus, coriander and sour wheat malt. Pungent smell overall. Spicy coriander upfront with orange rounding out the flavor. "Wheaty" and slightly sour malt. Pepper and some bitter hops at the end. Moderately high carbonation, with a moderate body and pretty dry overall. Feels tangy. Exceedingly refreshing, one of the better made and most balanced of all the American made Wits.

From the Bottle at RBESG Harlequin, Sheffield 19/07/2009 Banana fruit aroma. Golden coloured and hazy in appearance with a crisp and slightly dry finish.

lightly cloudy. yeasty and spicy aroma. Fizzy and the there is more yeast here than coriander or spice. Light orange cloudy- color. Not bad.

Botella. Hazy yellow colour, medium white head. Very pleasant sweet fruity wheaty and yeasty aroma. Good moutrhfeel. The flavour has a good (ripe) frutiness with wheat, yeast, citrus and light spice. P?leasant fruity lightly bitter finish.

Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is citrus - lemon, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090719]

Bottle at village pourhouse. Pours light gold with lively carbonation. Tastes of coriander, wheat, and orange peel. Light and bubbly

Nice sweet aroma. Good wheat and sweet flavor for a witbier. Pretty good witbier.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is hot engine oil, some brutal rubber and mildly fruity and wheaty notes. Also some mild spicy notes. Flavour is spices, wheat, yeast and also being quite fruity.
