3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle, thanks to Homer321. Best before 7-16-14. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Leaves decent splotches of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Good citrus, pine notes to the flavor. Not too bitter or resiny. Bready, lightly peppery malt. Moderate bitter taste. More dry finish. Solid, balanced stronger IPA.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tasted from draft. Pours a clear gold with white head. Good lacing. Strong citrus hop aroma with some pine notes. Orange and grapefruit notes. Taste is more pine. Less citrus taste than the aroma but still present. Good malt backbone. Nice even bitterness throughout. Great Imperial IPA.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
My bottle is about 14 months old, but was stored well in a dark indoor location, so I think it did nicely. The label says "WILD RICE" in big letters, but it smells and tastes like a typical quality IPA to me, particularly in the abundance of citrus. Very attractive hazy gold color. Drinks incredibly smoothly for a DIPA. Really like this one. Next time I’m in Jersey I’m going to need to buy more.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, golden, nice white head and some lacing on the glass. Aroma of malts and citrus fruits, some pine in there too. Taste of caramel with a very nice hoppiness and citrus notes, dry, clean finish. Great DIPA, enjoying the heck out of this one.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured in pint glass on draft. Aroma was a nice balance of malt and citrus. The taste also was balanced between the two without being a citrus blast. Carmel and some nuttiness with citrus and some pine in the finish. Glasses came with some white head that did not last long. Med body, med co2. Refreshing and enjoyable.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Lightly hazed gold pour, soapy white head. Aroma is perfumey and tropical fruit, some earthy hops. Flavor is quite unique and tasty. Loads of tropical fruit, citrus, kumquats, herbal. Badass.

Pours yellow with a finger o head. Nose is lemon, citrus, grassy, pine. Taste is very citrus, fruity, some hop taste, balanced, grapefruit skin on the finish. Very light and drinkable. Ugly, but all around taste and drink ability are good.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very interesting DIPA. The rice gives the body a lightness without being watery and the hop flavour comes a bit later from mid to finish. The strong alcohol is not perceptible. I love the hoppiness but the malt taste while decent is not fantastic. Kudos to flying fish for trying something different and still making a pretty good beer using rice unlike the more famous and barely drinkable example of a rice beer.
