Pours clear yellow orange. Aroma is primarily hops and honey. Super smooth, with honey notes. Finishes with a slight hop bite and alcohol burn. Does not drink like a 9.5% brew. Good stuff.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
I thought I would hate it, based on the smell. However, it was sweet, not too barky, refreshing, and super-powerful. Julie got it on draft, and we liked it so much I may get a case.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured golden, clear with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of fruit (mostly banana), floral notes, some malts and some yeast. Taste is also fruity and sweet, a bit boozy, you can also taste some spicy notes and some yeast. Certainly very Belgian like, well executed and quite enjoyable.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours light orange with a one finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, dank hops, tropical fruits, candied belgian yeast, ripe sour fruits, and some musty grapes. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma with the addtion of some very light booze. Has a medium-full body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi bitter, semi dry, slightly warming, medium-long finish. Overall, a tasty trippel that is pretty hoppy for the style.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle -
Aroma - perfumey hop character, spicy, light alcohol present with a slight tropical fruit angle
Appearance - pale golden color, hazy, small dissipating white head, little to no retention.
Mouthfeel - medium bodied, light carbonation...almost wish for a spritzier beverage
Flavor - pine needles and caramel up front. Old juicy oranges, spices, some staw notes too. Surprisingly sweet thought the alcohol helps zap the malts somewhat. Tasty.
Overall - Complex and tasty, a nice example of an above average tripel. Very flavorful and a single bottle won’t break the bank.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very well done, with well balanced coriander and florals. This is much better than some of their stuff I had a couple years ago - good to see them coming along. Golden hazy pour, thickish consistency. Light sweet finish. Very drinkable. Bottle from Chevy Chase.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle. It pours a golden hazy yellow with great lacing and a soapy white head. Smells pretty good - definitely some spicy notes. The taste is very good, and the palate is very smooth, pretty much what I expect from belgian-style trippels. Very good American Trippel.

12oz bottle from Crossroads. A NJ brew if passed on 100 times. Finally giving it a shot. Pours a clear golden color with two fingers of foamy white head. Aroma of apples, Belgian yeast, clove, and sweet candied sugar. Taste of candied sugar, citrus zest, bready malts, Belgian yeast, and hints of apple.
