2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 KajII (465) - Macon, North Carolina, USA - MAY 21, 2012
Bottle. The pour was a cloudy straw yellow with a small (1 finger or less) white fizzy head that dissipated quickly down to a small collar and possessed poor lacing.
The aroma was of a faint biscuit malt, a light floral hop and a sweet yeast with notes of citrus (orange and lemon), caramel and a sweet apricot odor.
The taste was a mild malty sweet with a hint of caramel and a slight fruity presence at first, and then got a very mild hop flavor with a light citrus note at the end. The flavor faded very quickly and was quite mild, leaving behind a very lightly hoppy sweet watery taste.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a brew that possesses a very mild fruity hop flavor with just a hint of a sweetness and a low ABV, great light session beer...

This poured a darker golden color with a white head. Aroma was almost non existent, some grassy stale hops and spent grain mainly. Flavor was much the same, some odd funky saltiness in there as well. Pretty disappointing.

12oz bottle from Oak Tree Discount Wine and Liquors in South Plainfield, NJ. Welp, this is a gusher. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange colored body with a big, three finger-width, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a soapy lacing. Aroma is huge florals with lots of apricots and pear. A light, bready pale malt sweetness behind the fruits with a touch of orange marmalade. Flavor is similar. Lots of sweet apricots, pears, and oranges with plenty of florals and a slightly sweet, pale, bready malt backing. Finishes dry and lightly bitter before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a super-high carbonation. Overall, I’m blaming this bad rating on a bad bottle. The aroma and flavor weren’t bad with a lot of apricot and peach florals, but the carbonation and palate were tough to put down. I can see a better conditioned bottle being much better, but this was rough.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 mike67 (452) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 25, 2012
12 oz bottle from Trader’s Joe. Pours deep golden with a thin, short lived white head. Aroma is of bready malt, some hops and some off sour notes. Body is light and slightly crisp. Bready malt, some light hops and hints of fruit combine on the palate. Finish is semi-dry and short- lived. Simple, inoffensive brew.
1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Steveosteveo (1) - - MAR 25, 2012 does not count
Pint glass, for a few minutes until I poured it down the sink. Bready sweetness was off-putting, weird funky taste. No aroma, nothing delicious whatsoever. Color was a pretty pale gold, that’s the most positive i can be. The review that said "clear dark amber" has to be referring to another brew Immediately poured a Sierra Nevada Torpedo and was happy again.

Tampa, FL - Total Wines - 12 oz bottle. Murky dark orange pour, fluffy white head, nice lacing. Floral-accented aroma, hint of grassiness. Flavor is pleasant, pick up some summery lemony notes, a touch of apricot-like fruitiness, some faint saffron-like spiciness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Very refrshing and good session material.

12 oz bottle. First New Jersey beer thanks to a BA trade. Ruby, mahogany color with white head & a bit of lacing. The aroma is fruity with light PNW hops. Flavor has some crystal malt & sweetness but rounds out to the hops & some tart 2-row. Finishes a bit stale and light.
