Into a tulip
A: Poured mostly clear orange tinted gold with a small tight head. Nice retention and lace. Little carbonation visible.
S: Simple malty roast bread smell. Not much else.
T: A bit of citrus (orange zest?) is quickly overwhelmed by pine. Well balanced light flavors.
M: Light bodied with a slightly resinous short finish. Lightly crisp carbonation.
O: Not much to this but certainly not bad. Typical pale ale flavors with nothing overdone. Overall though, underwhelming.
