2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. The pour was a cloudy straw yellow with a small (1 finger or less) white fizzy head that dissipated quickly down to a small collar and possessed poor lacing.
The aroma was of a faint biscuit malt, a light floral hop and a sweet yeast with notes of citrus (orange and lemon), caramel and a sweet apricot odor.
The taste was a mild malty sweet with a hint of caramel and a slight fruity presence at first, and then got a very mild hop flavor with a light citrus note at the end. The flavor faded very quickly and was quite mild, leaving behind a very lightly hoppy sweet watery taste.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a brew that possesses a very mild fruity hop flavor with just a hint of a sweetness and a low ABV, great light session beer...

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap: Clear gold color with a white head and some ring lacing. Lemony aroma with a mostly grainy malt taste. Watery feel. Waste of my money and a lame excuse for a pale ale.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear golden with a nice white head, leaving lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is pretty light floral hops and grain. Taste is a bit to watery for my taste, a combination of malts and citrus notes. OK Beer.

It's a nice emphasis on the pale. It's mild and smooth with very little bitterness nor bite. Got a nice malt taste.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Has a pale yellow pour with thick white head. Doesn’t have a strong aroma but some hints of grass and malt. Taste is closer to a pilsner with some malt, yeast, and light spices and lemon. Smooth beer with a very light bitter aftertaste from the malt.

2.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from a tap at the brewery. Light golden color. Tastes almost of a pilsner rather than a pale ale

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: light clear gold, with one finger of bright white head that shrinks to a thin collar, with minimal lacing. Aroma: saltine crackers, white pepper, a little grass, hint of lemon zest. Taste: as the aroma indicates. Finish: light, crisp, pleasantly dry, with a surprising floral note coming out. Notes: First encountered as "Blue Pig Tavern Ale" in Cape May, New Jersey. Thought it was a kolsch, it was so light, delicate, and pleasantly dry. Extremely drinkable and enjoyable. I consider this a go-to session beer for nearly any food pairing.
