3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a dirty golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of nice wheat malt with some grassy hops notes and some light bubble-gum notes. Taste is dominated by really nice wheat malt with some light grassy hoppy notes with some light bubble-gum notes. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very enjoyable wheat ale – brewer should not keep this one as a one-off.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 red pseudo-waxed plastic shiiterpricker cap. Pours hazy golden with 1-finger fluffy white head. Nose is wheaty malt, tropical fruit, peppery hops. Tastes wheaty, hoppy, citric, with mango and guava flavors, black pepper, and a complex and hefty for a wheat beer palate density. This one surprised me, and was delicious.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a nice golden color with a couple fingers of sticky white foam. The nose has some fruity summer wheat upfront, melon rind, a trace of grass. The palate is more of the same although I feel this bottle may suffer from being a bit past its prime and tired. The flavors are still pleasant just a bit muted wheat, apple, rustic fieldgrass, a touch watery but well constructed.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
murky gold, swirling oily top after the head dies fast. Oily honey and pine, bit of paper and skunk. Heavy hop oil flavor up front, low sugars and biscuit mid, the heat and sugar arrives in light orange and tangerine finish, nicely controlled and dry even if more sugar than I like. Body thick but doesn’t accent too badly.

Thanks to bentenison for the brew. Served in a COAST Brewing willie becher.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow with a thick, two finger head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly leaving behind sticky coatings of lace.
S: Light grapefruit with a mild fruitiness. Sweet wheat with a little mild sugary bread note to it. Mild pine needle aromatics.
T: Some dankness to the hops with a slightly stale malt profile. A little sweetness with some candied grapefruit and a little sweet honey. Seems like it was
M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly sweet finish.
O: Seems a little old at this point and it’s sort of collapsed in on itself. The malts are a little stale and the hops have faded to a little pine needle and mild grapefruit.
