Pale straw/hay-colored appearance. Slightly earthy with some spice to it. Creamy head. Pretty appetizing, really enjoyed this beer as my introduction to Flying Fish. Highly drinkable

Not much to the aroma. This has a full bodied lager flavor to it which my hunting buddies think tastes like rolling rock. No wonder I don’t like it

Appearance: lightly hazed, hay-yellow, with a fizzy bright white head and minimal lacing. Aroma: grassy, with some citrus, a bit of pepper, and some yeast. Taste: a bit of wheat, a good dose of lemon, some yeast, and a bit of grass. Finish: clean, spritzy, and dry. Notes: Perfectly acceptable summer beer, but nothing special. Extremely light palate, but not watery.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Suttree (4498) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 2, 2012
Cloudy gold, thin ring of foam. Faint aroma - I get some yeasty, bubblegum like notes, I guess. Yeasty flavors, too. Dry woody finish. Simple, but pretty tasty.

Picked up sixer from clubhouse in newtown on weekend trip. Expecting light and smooth and got some sweetness in the wheat hops. Crisp after taste that was dry but overall good brew
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Gus_13 (19) - Brandon, Mississippi, USA - AUG 25, 2012
Poured from a bottle to a pint/shaker glass. Appearance: Poured super clear straw gold color. Had almost two finger head that left quickly. Good carbonation with a decent amount of head lacing. Aroma: Very, very pleasant aroma. Just what I expected from from a summer ale. Lemony, citrus notes. I pick up the wheat a bit. Taste: Lemon was the first thing I picked up. Had some subtle hop and wheat notes. Verdict: Very refreshing. Nice to sip cold on a hot muggy day. I would definitely drink more as a session beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an extremely pale golden color with a pretty thick head. Spicier and a little more floral than I expected. Has some characteristics of a Belgian, which is interesting.

Pours a clear pale gold with a minimal white head. Smells are muted, hints of spice, herbs. Taste is mildly bitter and a little sweet, hint of the wheat, a decent but mild hop presence. Refreshing.
