COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale yellow with a thin, white head. The aroma is wheat, lemons, faint minerals, and some yeasty funk. The flavor is sweet, with just a little sour finish. The palate is light, creamy, and efferevescent, with a crisp, clean finish. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, and balanced beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours pale golden with a thin foamy layer of white head. Very mile yeast funk in the nose, slightly peppery hops, hay. Mild taste of bread, pepper and even little funk. Very mild farmhouse, pretty good summer session

Great summertime beer - nothing jumps out, but it has a lot of flavor for being pretty light. Was able to have a few on a hot day while playing with the kids and very much enjoyed it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2012 Bottle. Pours a pale orangey gold with a quickly dissipating white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is barely discernible -- a slight fruitiness and some spicy hops. Flavor is a bit more in evidence -- slightly sweet, kind of grainy, a slight bitterness and sourness in the finish. Thin palate. Just not a whole lot there. A don’t get any Belgian farmhouse elements except for the slight sourness in the finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a translucent yellow color, a touch of white head, could see some yeasts at the bottom of the glass. Aroma was a touch of spice, with a watery funk. Flavor was extremely weak. Didn’t really enjoy this one at all.

Poured from bottle. Aroma is pretty weak smells kind of like bread dough and earthy with a very faint citrus smell. Poured a pale, clear yellow and a minimal white head. Taste is an interesting mix of sour and bitter with a very quick finish. Kind of thin texture and fizzy.
