3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy golden with spare head. All the elements of a true Belgian, but diminished. Malty but subdued, sort of bland. Minimal finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: clear dirty blonde, with a short, quickly shrinking white creamy head and average lacing. Aroma: warm biscuits and honey, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, pears in light syrup, some banana and clove. Taste: as the aroma indicates, but better. Finish: lingering light sweetness, some yeast, and light fruits; palate is slightly slick and full-bodied, but alcohol is very well hidden. Notes: A great winter beer for when I want a break from porters, stouts, dubbels, and quads. Balanced, enjoyable flavors, nice aroma and palate. Rating #1,100.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Best by March 7, 2013.
Appearance: The pour is clear with a golden to orange hue, sediment is shown in suspension. The head is short with a white hue, it’s also short lived.
Aroma: The aroma is a nice balance of fruity, spicy and yeasty. I get a subtle banana and clove with a slight booze presence on the aroma. This smells nice.
Taste: The taste nicely matched the aroma. Hints of banana, some spices and a mild malt base. This is an enjoyable brew, easy to drink and no signs of alcohol.
Palate: Full-bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: For the price this is pretty outstanding, $7.99 for a 6 pack certainly makes this a definite yearly buy for me. This drinks like a cheap Duvel and almost holds it’s own.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle thanks to Nathan. Pours a clear orange gold with small frothy head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is yeast, spice, and fruit. Light yeast and spice with light sweet finish. Decent.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
1/4/14. 6 pack given to me by Al in work and shared with Dino and Troy.
Drank at Dans during the Eagles playoff loss to the Saints. Pours a clear orange with a thin head. No lace. Nose is...lets go with funky. Taste is...also funky. Weird fruit is the main taste along with other flavors.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
P: Hazy golden apricot with a thin layer of off white head.
S: Belgian yeast, candy sugar malt, apricots, peaches, golden apples, pears, dusty grains and sourdough.
T/M: Spicy Belgian yeast, powdery essence, smoldered grain, orchard and stone fruit. Moderate body with subtle prickly carbonation. Finishes powdery and dry with lingering apple peels and spice.
O: A decent BSPA that delivers great yeast, spice and fruit. This is a great go to beer that doesn’t break the bank.
