3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slightly hazy honey brown with an inch of dense off-white head with great retention. I’m holding back an appearance point, because I feel it should be redder. Aroma is pine and citrus, and flavor is sweet and resinous with citrus and pine, with toasty, biscuity malt joining them in taste.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A decent ale overall. Good malt/hops balance and very drinkable. That said, I wouldn’t buy it (this one is free) unless it was the only decent beer they had.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Really solid red ale. Plenty of hops but with a thick malty backbone. It also seems a bit stronger than the 7%... it’s really drinkable...

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Received in a cool trade with dberger624.. Thanks Dan!! Pours deep amber with a long lasting off white head.. Punchy pine hoppiness on the nose is backed up by a decent amount of toastiness.. Flavor mirrors the aroma.. Maltiness is dry but still little toasty... interesting, very drinkable.

A caramel malt flavor dominates at first, with piney hops at the end. Not great, but drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Good beer. Pours a reddish amber. Looks great in a pint glass. Thin head that doesnt last long. Defintely a bold beer. Strong bitter taste right off the bat with a nice bitter finish. Like i said. This is a good beer. Not great but good. Couldnt see myself drink more than one or two of these in a sitting.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cloudy amber with thin white head that fizzles out quickly. Faint smell of sweet malt, light hops and bread. Can detect hops on the tongue, though not strong. Some sweet caramel. Light to medium body. Decent brew.
