Commercial Description:
Harboring the middle of the spectrum of color, this beer is a tip-of-your-tongue-tickler with a licorice undertone. Alexandria was once the name of the town that is now New London.

Fait malty sweet aroma. Deep amber-brown with shy white head that recedes to ring. Nice malty flavour has character but is somewhat staled. Medium body with low carbonation. Sampled at the brewpub with MartinT, muzzlehatch and Rastacouere.

Caramel and piney hops quietly dig themselves in the soil...Roasted malt tickles the back of the suave body...A humble effigy of honoured tradition...
