On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy golden yellow-orange with a white head. Aroma of yeast, melon rind, citrus, and grainy malts. Flavor of sweet fruits and spices (clove, pepper), lemon, citrus. Spices are fairly dominant but not overpowering. Overall, a good saison. 7/4/7/4/14 [3.6/5]

In short: A straightforward semi-rustic spicy blonde Saison. Good beer.

The look: Cloudy yellow-blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose has light rustic notes. Taste packs a good amount of cereals, a bit of a wheaty muffin-like sensation, rather fruity with bananas being the dominant fruit, medium spiciness (usual coriander, orange peels, etc.) and a good amount of grassy hops. Finish is medium dry, mildly bitter. Highly drinkable, good unspectacular brew. A good beer from Flying Goose. I like the Flying Goose pub but I would hate to be a real flying goose leading a "V" formation because of the extra wind resistance and also because I’d be a goose.
