COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The name is an Americanized, phonetically spelled pronounciation of ’Saison Du Soleil’, or ’Season of the Sun’. A sustainably sourced French farmhouse style saison brewed with spelt and aged EKG hops. Fermented with 70% wild yeast and 30% farmhouse ale yeast. Hightly attenuated but retaining loads of flavor. **This ale was brewed in collaboration with Long Trail Brewing Company of East Bridewater, VT in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Vermont Brewer’s Festival. We’d like to extend our thanks to the Long Trail crew for choosing our brewery to work with on this fun and exciting project!** Cheers!
