Commercial Description:
Made with fermented honey from Wiegelmans Apiaries in Bradford, NH. This is a light, crisp, but not real sweet, full-bodied beer. Clean tasting with some subtle honey flavors.

From a growler.

Pours cloudy and surprisingly dark; this is very mellow beer, gentle on the hops, dominant malt tones, and not overwhelmingly sweet as one might have expected.

Still, not an experience worth repeating.

(Growler) Pours headless and a deep, clouded, copper body. Nose is fairly malty and floral with undertones of sweetness. Oddly, the flavours aren’t really there: the malt is too bitter - even soured, the hops are downing in backwash... the whole recipe is somewhat astringent. Was nice to sample yet below average for my palate.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear orange color, sweet light aroma, thin and fizzy body, light sweet taste.

Light golden in color, with a small white foamy head.Aroma was very light of fruit, but I wouldn't say honey. Personally I did not detect honey in the beer but it had a subtle fruit character. No presence of malt or hops.Very clean dry finish.
